SPAWU is the largest Trade Union in Somalia representing about 18,561 workers in the plantation, agriculture and other important sectors in Somalia. Its central objective is to promote successful and socially responsible agriculture and horticulture while ensuring to secure social, political, and economic justice in Somalia and ensure that works benefit from these through collective action.
VISION
To work as a progressive force to make Somalia a just and equitable country that works for all and contributes to economic growth in Somalia.
MISSION
To secure and promote fairness, safety, diversity, and dignity for every member by achieving a just workplace through collective bargaining and inclusiveness.
